Divine Bar's eye-popping, crazy-quilt décor isn't exactly heavenly, but this bar/restaurant does have the zeitgeist working in its favor. It's the ideal after-work hangout for flush times, when everyone's got the dough to be some sort of connoisseur. First and foremost, Divine caters to oenophiles, targeting the "wine brats" demographic with Napa Valley prizewinners and flights with names like "Big Phat Zin." Those who prefer grain to grape can knock back Aventinus Hefeweizen from Germany. Trend-savvy foodies will approve of the tapas menu. Best of all, reasonable prices allow you to pursue such bull-market gluttonies even in leaner times.
