Profile

On the 35th floor of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, this compact bar—set apart from the lobby's panoramic Broadway view—offers a more intimate atmosphere for drinks and light dishes, along with some tamer glimpses of the hotel's corporate surroundings. Rich red walls and deep leather chairs ensconce the fashionable, 30-and-up affluent guests, many of whom swing by after destination-dining at the Time Warner Center next door.

MOBar romantic spot

A very posh and romantic setting with a stunning view above Columbus Circle. The service was slow but very courteous. Expensive but worth the trip upstairs. Be aware that this is a small space relatively speaking.
