Maria Anna Tappeiner’s documentary chronicles the efforts of the renowned artist to create the massive steel Matter of Time sculpture commissioned by the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao. It’s a fascinating look at the way large-scale creations come together, but may not hold much appeal for all but the biggest fans of Serra’s work.
